It continually runs over and over, and most of the time we are oblivious to its power.

Get ready to experience positive changes in every area of your life. Wether you feel stuck in a job, a negative relationship or fearful of taking that next step to follow your dream, Jeannie will lead you through an easy series of progressive exercises using self hypnosis and powerful techniques.

Using the power of your subconscious mind and the power of present mind tools, Jeannie will guide you down a new path to explore where your beliefs come from, help you understand why you tolerate it and explore the unlimited possibilities of where you truly want to go.

Journaling is a powerful healing tool that has come a long way and now through scientific study and evidence we can see the results.

The focus of this workshop is Self-Care and will provide you with more information on journaling, new tools to you and how to use journaling to increase productivity, manage stress and to uncover, recover & discover creative interests and goals.

No writing experience required. A Beginner’s Mind is the only prerequisite.

Daily Yoga Instruction

Yin Yoga

Take the time to find quiet and stillness in this slow paced style of yoga that allows us to stimulate our connective tissues by holding poses, as opposed to moving through them. Yin yoga will increase mobility, lower stress levels, lubricate the joints, increase flexibility and enhance relaxation. Let Leanne show you the joy of being under the Yin-fluence!

Fusion Flow

A sweet symphony of flow yoga, core focused Pilates moves and traditional fitness, fused with sublime, inspiring music. You will leave this class feeling strong, refreshed and revitalized.
For both classes:  All levels of fitness welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary. You are worth it!

Relaxation

The wind down.  Let’s end this awesome day with a gentle stretch and take some time to slow down and let it all settle in. All levels are welcome to join, please be sure to bring layers and your yoga mat.

Through her years of teaching and coaching, Leanne has seen many women become strong not just physically, but also mentally, as they gain inner strength and confidence. Through moving their bodies, not being too hard on themselves and taking the time for self-care on a consistent basis, these women reach goals they had only ever dreamed of. Workshop: Curate a Life that Feels Good – Tina Quade

How does a good life feel to you? After some relaxation and visualization practices, we will explore some of the conditions for feeling good (e.g. managing stress, self-love) and get clear on what makes you feel good and how to bring more of it into your life. We’ll explore both sides – the nudges of displeasure and the pieces that bring you flickers of joy. Handouts will be provided to help you in your dreaming + scheming.

Workshop: Create a Bracelet with Meaning – Tina Quade

During this 90 minute workshop we’re going to explore the meanings of crystals and use that to create a bracelet that embodies the feelings or ways of being that you want to bring into your life. Do you want to feel more calm? Embrace your Divine Feminine? Nurture self-love?

Included is a relaxation practice, handouts on crystal meanings, and all the supplies needed to make an adjustable bracelet
