Tina has studied and practiced yoga for over 15 years. She is the owner of FitFlow Yoga for Fitness and teaches Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Workshops and presents at Yoga and Fitness conferences. Tina’s classes are fun, informative and inspiring. She teaches Flow Yoga, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga and everything in between. She is passionate about building a bridge between the traditional Yoga and Fitness communities, “I want everyBODY to enjoy the benefits of Yoga by having it accessible in every Community Centre and Fitness Facility across Canada. The joy I receive from spreading the YOGA LOVE is boundless.
We will welcome in the day with a flow class that includes Sun Salutations, a little work to get your muscles feeling strong and open then finish with a relaxing stretch to get you ready for your day.
Evening Relaxing Practice
The evening class will be gentle with a slow pace and longer held poses (Yin style) that will help you release any tension and leave you feeling relaxed and ready for a great sleep.
