Leanne is known for her authentic, non-judgmental, and encouraging teaching style and strives to help every class participant feel successful and fabulous, no matter what their fitness level. Over the past 20 years as a group fitness, Pilates and Yoga teacher, Leanne has witnessed the power of movement to relieve stress, build physical, mental and spiritual strength, and create joy.
Leanne owns Studio IPF: Inner Pursuit Fitness in Courtenay, a fitness studio that offers a multitude of fitness, yoga and core conditioning classes to help women reach their goals in the studio and in their lives. She enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family, getting outside to enjoy the beauty of the Comox Valley and loves being a student in hip hop dance. She is thrilled to be part of the uBlossom team!

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to women of all ages and abilities.
Daily Yoga Instruction
Take the time to find quiet and stillness in this slow paced style of yoga that allows us to stimulate our connective tissues by holding poses, as opposed to moving through them. Yin yoga will increase mobility, lower stress levels, lubricate the joints, increase flexibility and enhance relaxation. Let Leanne show you the joy of being under the Yin-fluence!
A sweet symphony of flow yoga, core focused Pilates moves and traditional fitness, fused with sublime, inspiring music. You will leave this class feeling strong, refreshed and revitalized.
For both classes: All levels of fitness welcome, no previous yoga experience necessary. You are worth it!
